Glacier Point

Perched over 7,200 feet on the south rim, this vantage point has long inspired artists and climbers. Its panoramic overlook includes Half Dome and Vernal Fall. Historically, it could only be reached by the strenuous Four Mile Trail before construction of the a road in the 20th century. Sunsets here bathe the granite walls in breathtaking color.
