Speeding Kills Bears Decal

Yosemite's black bears will very rarely become confrontational unless provoked. The biggest danger they face each year is automobiles on Yosemite's roads. You can help minimize the risk of hitting a bear by abiding by the posted speed limits. Twenty-seven bears have been struck by vehicles so far in 2025, making this year on track to have one of the highest number of bears hit by vehicles in the last 30 years. Slow down and pay attention to roadsides when driving!
